¶ Appeal against a punishment
If you have been banned or muted from the Greev.eu Minecraft server, you may wish to consider appealing the decision. If you're interested in learning more about how you might be able to shorten your punishment or provide us with information about a potential error in a ban or mute, we invite you to explore the details here.
¶ How do I know that I got banned?
If you're trying to join our server and encounter a screen like the one shown below, it's because you've been banned.
Please note that your screen may look slightly different, as this is only an example image.

- You will be given a clear reason why you have been banned. Please note that there is one exception to this: the sup ban. This is a ban of a supporter, which will be checked by a moderator and changed or cancelled if necessary.
- You will receive a BanID
- and a link which will lead you here.
¶ What do I have to do to get unbanned?

First of all you will have to join our Discord. (Click here to join)

Then head over to the #ticket channel and click on "Select your ticket topic"

Next up make sure you select the option "Write a ban- or mute appeal"

You should now get a popup which looks the one below, please fill it out with all required details.
We need the following things:
- In the first field you should write your minecraft name
- In the second field you should write a short description. For example when you got false banned then you should write that in here.
- In the third field you should write the banid which you can find in the banscreen

Once you click on submit, a ticket is created in which you can elaborate on your appeal further if you wish to.

Please be advised that a moderator will claim your ticket as soon as possible and review the evidence presented in support of your ban. You will be contacted by the moderator with a decision in due course.

Should your appeal be successful, you will be unbanned and will be able to return to playing on the server.
Once an appeal ticket has been opened, we ask that you please be patient as our team members work on a voluntary basis and might be in school, at work or enjoying life outside.
¶ How do I know that I got muted?
You know that you got muted when you can't send a message in the chat. There will also be a message every time you try to write something which will give you more details about the mute.
